Characters design for learning

Research has shown that one of the ways that humans learn is by watching actions of other people succeeding or failing at something. I have implement this research in my work by creating several Characters or avatars of learners. For example character of a scientist to depict how a scientist thinks or character of a corporate leader to inspire leadership thinking or an ever evolving  droid that learns from past successes and failure.
